Attorney Lindley Jarrett was admitted to the Indiana Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He earned his J.D. from Purdue Global Law School in 2013 and his LL.M. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2022, and he holds an Environmental Law Specialist Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin. Lindley provides appellate representation through the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office and is a member of the Indiana Public Defender Council. His practice includes landlord–tenant matters, estate planning, nonprofit governance, family law, appeals and environmental law. He has also served the Tippecanoe Legal Aid Corporation with pro bono assistance in CHINS appeals and family law matters. With more than 30 years of experience in environmental management and regulatory compliance, Lindley brings deep technical and legal insight to environmental and administrative matters.
