Mr. Blackburn is a proud alum of the Indiana University McKinney School of Law and Purdue University. He has served the State of Indiana throughout his legal career as a Deputy Attorney General and Marion County Deputy Prosecutor. He has extensive experience in commercial contract law and corporate legal counsel, with a focus on technology and service agreements across U.S. and international jurisdictions. His work involves drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and interpreting complex agreements such as SaaS contracts, NDAs, and professional services documents. He regularly advises both legal and business leadership on issues of compliance, risk management, dispute resolution, and contract interpretation.
