Biographical Info Aaron Spolarich is an experienced trial attorney who provides clients with straightforward solutions to complex problems. Speaking about his legal career to date, he says “I have spent thousands of hours in courtrooms. There is no substitute for that experience.” Aaron has tried over one hundred trials during his career and brings the benefit of this experience to every client relationship. After graduating summa cum laude from Wabash College in 2008, Aaron attended the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana. He not only graduated cum laude but also was a member of the Order of Barristers, an honor reserved for ten members of each graduating class. Aaron started his career representing the State of Indiana as a Deputy Attorney General, where he authored over 150 appellate briefs and successfully argued in both the Indiana Supreme Court and Court of Appeals of Indiana. Aaron then became a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Indianapolis, and later in Montgomery County, Indiana. Today at BB&C, Aaron approaches his clients’ legal needs with an eye to the multiple angles that may affect the case in the present and in the future. Whether it’s a criminal proceeding affecting current circumstances, estate planning to define a legacy for generations, or an appeal to get the client’s side of the story heard, Aaron is a dedicated and thorough advocate for his clients inside and outside the courtroom. Outside his work, Aaron’s passion is giving back to both his professional community and the community where he lives. He is a former two-term President of the Montgomery County Bar Association, and a former Judicial Liaison to the West Central Regional Community Corrections Advisory Board. He lives in Crawfordsville, Indiana with his wife and son, where he was the Inaugural President of the Crawfordsville Citizens’ Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Council, a member of the Board of Directors for Crawfordsville Kiwanis, and a committee member for the Red Cross of Central Indiana.
