Biographical Info Christina L. Thomas serves as the Executive Director and Staff Attorney for the Tippecanoe County CASA. Christina earned a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law with graduate certificates in Advocacy Skills and Criminal Law and a B.S. from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is also a Limited Term Lecturer at Purdue University, West Lafayette where she teaches Constitutional Law. Christina’s professional associations include the Indiana Department of Child Services’ Regional Service Council, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Tippecanoe County Child Protection Team, the Tippecanoe County Local Child Fatality Review Team, and the Upstream Collaborative.
